A few useful answers.
Do you need access to my Shopify store?
No. We prepare the file; you import it. We never ask for your store password, customer records or API credentials.
Is this an automatic AI converter?
The free checker uses deterministic file checks. The paid service includes human review. This version does not send your catalogue to an AI provider.
What if my file is outside the scope?
We explain that before payment. We cannot invent missing prices, identify products from images or safely update an existing catalogue under this pilot.
Will the file definitely import?
We check the supported structure and your source values, but your store’s configuration can still affect an import. Import a small sample as drafts first. Do not enable overwrite.
How do corrections and refunds work?
One correction to the agreed work is included for 14 days after delivery. If we cannot deliver the agreed work, we refund the service charge. See the full terms for the process.
